Communications Coordinator - Full Time

Are you passionate about the mission of Bishop Dwenger High School? Applicants for the position of Communications Coordinator should have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in marketing and public relations, excellent written, oral, and design skills, knowledge of publishing and photo editing software, extensive experience with creation of print and digital marketing material, and knowledge of Social Media platforms. Website management experience and html coding skills would be beneficial. All applicants should be familiar with databases and MS Office. It is imperative that the Communications Coordinator handle sensitive and confidential issues with discretion and maintain a high degree of integrity. 

This position requires the ability to work well with a wide range of people: customer service is key and a professional demeanor must be maintained with stakeholders at all times. Applicants must be team players with excellent project and time management skills and have the ability to remain flexible and prioritize while juggling multiple projects on tight deadlines. 

This challenging position is full time, and the applicant will be expected to attend special events, some of which may occur in the evenings or on weekends.

Spirit Shop - Part Time

The Bishop Dwenger Spirit Shop has a part-time opening for someone with great interpersonal skills, good computer skills, an eye for fashion and merchandising, and strong sense of Dwenger spirit! Enthusiasm, ambition, and an attention to detail are all important characteristics in this role. This position will begin in the early summer.

The shop is open every Wednesday from 10:00 am � 2:00 pm and 5:00 � 7:00 pm. There are other times in which the shop is open as well- Verification Day, Open House, home basketball games, etc. There are non-shop hours to order and stock merchandise and other administrative duties. This position is paid on an hourly basis.
