Bishop Dwenger quarterback Wade Markley signed his national letter of intent to continue his football career with Butler University in the Bishop Dwenger Library/Media Center on Thursday, March 4, 2010, at 12 noon. During Markley's three years on the varsity squad, the team won three S.A.C. championship titles, three Regional titles, and a State Runner-up title.  This past season as starting quarterback, Markley led the Saints to a 13-1 record, 9-0 in conference play, posting their only loss at Semi-State to Lowell.

Passed for 1,616 yards; 91 of 175 (52.0%) and 17 TD's.

Bishop Dwenger receiver and defensive back Landon Feichter will be continuing his football career with Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN, as a preferred walk-on. Feichter was named 1st Team All-S.A.C. and 1st Team I.F.C.A. All-State as a junior and senior, and was named Bishop Dwenger's Most Valuable Player in 2009.
