September 9

  • Last night the Girls golf team defeated Bishop Luers and is now undefeated in the Conference.  Ava Alvarado was the medalist shooting a 39. With Ella Alvarado and Lucy Coffman in second and third.  Way to go  Lady Saints!
  • The Spirit Shop is open today from until 6pm.  If you haven't picked up your school or gym uniforms or the Traditions shirts, please do so today.
  • Boys rugby practices begin tonight at 6pm at Shoaff Park.  Practices will run every Wednesday.  If you have questions or would like more information, see Edward Bogle.
  • Still looking to join the bowling team? Our call out meeting has been moved to afterschool on Thursday, September 10th, at 3:30 PM at MVP Lanes. We’d like to apologize for any confusion regarding the original meeting. Grab a friend and come hang out!
  • We have a brand new club called Women's Empowerment Club - this s an all girls club with a goal of uplifting women and having fun.  Our call out meeting will be this Thursday, September 10th at 7:25 in Mr. VanRyn's room 227.  Jun us!  There will be donuts!
  • Swim and Dive callout meeting on Thursday at 3:05 p.m. in Room 115.  Please see Coach Weadock if you have any questions.
  • Interested in learning how to defend your Catholic faith?  Do you simply desire to learn more about the Church?  The Apologetics call-out meeting is on Monday, September 14th at 7:15am in Mrs. Lapp's room 125.  There will be donuts and chocolate milk.
  • THE BAKING SAINTS CLUB WILL HAVE ITS TRAINING DAY MEETING ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2026, FROM 3:15-3:45 PM IN THE RESOURCE ROOM (RM. 140).  THIS IS A MANDATORY MEETING TO ALLOW YOU TO BAKE WITH US IN THE FUTURE.

  • Sorry for the confusion, but there is no FBLA meeting this week. Please see the FBLA calendar for the current list of meeting dates. 
  • French Club will hold the September meeting this Thursday after school.  We will be playing a ball game bocce ball outside and enjoying tasty French treats.  Everyone is welcome, even if you aren't taking French or couldn’t attend our last meeting.  Please meet in Mrs. Foltz’s room 219 to pick up the games.  See you  there!!!

    Saints for Life will be meeting on Tuesday, September 15th at 7:20 am in room 218. Saints for Life do various activities in our school, community, and state to help promote the dignity of all lives from womb to tomb. If joining the March for Life at the state and local level, praying for an end to abortion and the death penalty, sharing the message of Pope Saint John Paul II's call to a "culture of life" speaks to your heart, then this is a great club for you to join. If you have any questions, see Ms. Wolf in Pastoral Ministry. 

September 8

  • There will be  NO bowling practice today after school.  We will practice again on Thursday at MVP Lanes.
  • Tonight is the Girl’s Golf team senior night recognizing both Ava and Avi at 4:45 with a 5:30 tee off.  Come and join us at Brookwood Golf Course!
  • Just a friendly reminder to students that recycling will happen after school today. We will be meeting in Mrs. Wheeler's classroom at 3:05. Many hands make light work, and you also can get service hours for volunteering. Thanks for helping make Dwenger a greener place.

  • Attention BDHS Medical Club: Our next meeting will be on Thursday, September 10th, at 7AM before school in the library. Please bring $10 to cover your club dues.
  • The Dungeons and Dragons club will meet today after school from 3 to 4:30 in the library. If you are still interested in joining, please see Mr. Tomlinson in room 207 for details.
  • Looking to join a sport that’s fun and competitive? The bowling team is having its callout meeting on Tuesday, September 8th, at 3:30 PM at MVP Lanes. Unable to make it but still want to join? No worries, our next practice is Monday, September 14th. No experience is necessary, so come out and learn what the team is about!

September 3

  • The girls golf team won back to back Tuesday and Wednesday beating Southside, Concordia, Leo, and Churubusco with Ava Alvarado as the Medalist.  Congratulations Lady Saints!!!
  • Yearbooks from last year and school pictures that were ordered this year will be handed out TODAY during all lunch periods in the cafeteria.
  • Father Bobby will have Mass today at 3:15pm. - please come and join us.

September 2

  • The music club will meet tomorrow after school from 3:15 - 3:45 in Mrs. Heisler's room, room 103.
  • Our 1st Discipleship club meeting is this Thursday morning @ 7:20 in the Library.  All are invited to attend! 
  • FBLA MEETING ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 3RD AT 7:20 AM IN THE CAFETERIA. COME AND JOIN THE FUN.
  • The Spirit Shop is open today, after school until 6:00.  Please stop down and pick up your uniform and Tradition Shirt orders.  We still have a BUNCH of orders needing to be picked up.  Thanks!
  • The blood drive is tomorrow, September 3rd.  There are 12 spots still open to either help or donate blood.  Make sure you have picked up and turned in your permission slip if you are donating blood tomorrow. You will need to eat a good breakfast, drink plenty of water, and make sure you bring your driver's license or permit with you to check in for your donation time. Emails have been sent out to all donors with a link for a rapid pass to do a pre-sign in to save time when you come down to donate.  If you are working at the blood drive or donating blood tomorrow, make sure you talk to the teachers of the classes you might miss to see if there is work you need to be aware of.  If you have any questions, see Ms. Wolf in Pastoral Ministry today.
