Bishop Dwenger High School will administer the incoming Freshman Merit Scholarship Exam to any current 8th grade student interested in competing for a total of $5,000 in scholarship money to attend Bishop Dwenger High School. The registration cost is $30.00, which is non-refundable. The registration deadline is Monday, November 17, 2025.
When: Saturday, December 6, 2025
Time: Arrive at 8:45am, test begins at 9:00am. Testing will end around 12:00, students must be picked up by 12:15pm

There will be a limited number of seats available at the door the morning of the test for $40.00, beginning at 8:30am. Students are asked to bring 2 sharpened #2 lead pencils (not mechanical). The test will cover Verbal, Quantitative, Reading, Language and Math.
